Now on to my topic "How to open .dbk files"
First of all what is a .dbk file? actually it is a kind of data backup file of dbase. Generally it is made by pc suites of mobiles as backup of your data.
Way of opening .dbk files
As such winrar is a compressing software, but has been known to extract .msi, .exe, .jar, .dbk ..etc etc.
Now First download Winrar from http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
install it then
Right click your dbk file and select "open with" then select winrar
Then extract the file to any location
now go to that location and tadah! a new folder
Now open it and see all your files there.
You can also get Dbase to open it but it is damn expensive($ 399.00) and no trial available on their website.
